Doug’s experience in the industry spans over 30 years. His broad knowledge has contributed to the successful design and implementation of all types of Incentive and Recognition programs including Sales, Safety and Years of Service recognition. He specializes in attendance, suggestion, holiday and customer appreciation / loyalty applications. Doug and wife Pat have been married for 37 years and have two grown daughters. He is quite the horticulturist; his home in Germantown, TN is a regular Yard of the Month winner. Doug’s green thumbs and his interest in plants and yard design have been featured in numerous magazines.
Doug also enjoys playing golf and follows baseball, football and basketball.
