Throughout his career, Roger has taken great pride in developing programs to increase sales, improve performance, recognize and reward achievers and improve the safety records of many companies across the United States.
Roger and wife Diane live in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. They have two children. Roger enjoys boating with the family and playing golf and racquetball. He is also an avid fan of all sports.
